Overview
Migration from ECC to S4HANA 1809 (Brownfield implementation) with managing the implementation for SAP EWM, SAP ATTP, and Vistex, and implementing SAP CX Sales and CX services for the customer. We worked together to digitally transform the business & apply the best practices in the industry using the capabilities of the SAP S4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to cover the different business requirements of their customer, and their employees with the minimal possible customization.
Before LABS:
- The old system wasn't probably implemented to cover all the customer's business scenarios as well as the business needs, also the old system had many customizations which were greatly reduced during the migration process to stick to the standard best practices as much as possible
After LABS:
- Al Kamal is now conducting 100% of their business using SAP S4HANA & SuccessFactors without the need for any manual work, thus improving the operational efficiency
- Also, they are considering the next step and looking forward to implementing the SAP IoT products to become a full-fledged intelligent enterprise and prepare for the next technological wave
